Full Roof Replacement — Sherman Oaks

This Sherman Oaks project involved a complete roof replacement on a home with its original roof from 1946.

Our crew tore off the aging roof down to the framing on the main house, guest house, and garage. We installed new insulation, plywood decking, and underlayment, before finishing the Class A fire-rated system by laying presidential shingles.

The project also included two new skylight installations, new gutters and downspouts, along with replacing the tongue and groove ceiling and finishing it with a fresh stain — preserving the home's original character while upgrading everything behind it for long-term durability and wildfire resilience.
