Roofline Sprinkler System Installation in Bel Air, CA

For this wildfire defense project in Bel Air, we combined cool roofing with a fully custom-engineered roofline sprinkler system to protect the home from wildfire and ember intrusion.

The system is fully automated and app-controlled, allowing the homeowner to activate it remotely from their smartphone. It ties directly into the municipal water supply, with redundant backup connections to both the property's pool and jacuzzi, ensuring continued water supply and pressure even if municipal water pressure drops during a nearby wildfire or structure fire. This kind of off-grid capability is critical for homes in Bel Air and other Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) communities across Los Angeles.
