Wildfire Insurance Discounts – CA FAIR Plan

CA Fair Plan’s new set of discounts includes a 10% reduction for protecting the structure and a 5% reduction for protecting the immediate surroundings of the dwelling. Homeowners eligible for both discounts can enjoy a combined discount of approximately 14.5%.

At Coldwater Cool Roofing, we build every roof and retrofit using CAL FIRE–approved materials, helping you qualify for the maximum available insurance savings.

Solar & Battery Incentives

Federal Tax Credit – 30%

Covers panels, inverters, batteries, labor, and permits.

Net Billing + Adders (NEM 3.0)

Get locked-in export credits for 9 years. Adders increase value for homes in disadvantaged communities (DAC).

Property Tax Exemption

DAC-SASH Program – $3.00 per Watt
